1 Crankt Protein bar grated
1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
3/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 cup coconut oil
100ml sugar free maple syrup
Natural or organic peanut butter
1 tsp stevia
Boil water in a pot on high, place a stainless steel bowl on the pot.
Melt your coconut oil, cacao and maple syrup in the bowl. Once melted, remove from the heat and add the protein powder, stevia and grated Crankt Protein bar. Stir well.
Using a spoon, place a small amount of the mixture into cupcake tins and put in the freezer till hardened.
Spoon a dollop of peanut butter in each cup. Cover each using the remaining chocolate mixture and place back in the freezer until set.
